DHB Apps ("we," "us," or "our") provides this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, and process your data. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile applications ("Services") available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, strictly do not use our Services.

We collect information you expressly provide:

  • User Content: Any photos, text, or data you voluntarily upload or input. You retain ownership, but grant us a license to process this content to provide the Service.
  • Support Inquiries: Data shared when contacting us.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device & Technical Data: IP address, device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers (e.g., IDFA, Android Advertising ID), and crash logs (via services like Firebase Crashlytics).
  • Usage Data: Interactions with the app, features used, and time spent.
  • Location Data: We do not collect precise location data (GPS) unless you strictly authorize it via your device settings. We may derive approximate location from IP addresses.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely for the following purposes:

  • Service Operation: To maintain and provide the functionality of the App.
  • Legitimate Business Interests: To analyze usage to fix bugs and improve performance.
  • Legal & Safety: To comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, prevent fraud, and protect our legal rights.
  • Marketing (Where Applicable): To display advertisements via third-party networks.

3. Third-Party Services

We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons: to facilitate our Service, to provide the Service on our behalf, or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

Our Services are not addressed to anyone under the age of 13 (or 16 where applicable by law). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information.

Your information may be transferred to—and maintained on—computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will DHB Apps, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

11. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Privacy Policy will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
